Bench Press Shoulder/Upper Pec Pain

Hey all, while I was benching last night I kinda had a cramp in my upper pec/shoulder. It isn’t anything bad and its feeling a lot better today. Should I get back into benching on Friday or Monday? I’m skipping close grip for tomorrow.

Srsly tho feel it out with some light weight next time if you are feeling adventurous or give it a a few days and then feel it out.
