You were powerlifting style squatting and benching since 8 years old? And had a more than 3.5xBW deadlift in highschool? Also you’ve managed to stay at 5%bf while gaining 35lbs? Maybe its just me but i call bullshit, if you have any vids to prove your claims then I will agree you’re one strong dude, but until then i don’t believe this.

Belidve it or not idc i was damn strong!!! Buh i stopped for the year n with accumulatin injuries its hrd 2 gt bak up

FTR Buh, isn’t a word, it is spelled but

Sorry, but it was just annoying me for some reason haha

Yeah i feel you, but do you think this plan would work?

Troll needs practice

Lol ^

Ut seriously do you guys think tht would work?

If at 135, you were benching 315 for reps, then i think you could do what you did in the first place to get there? Meaning if you had gotten to 315 for reps in the first place at 135 (which i doubt) and are now 35lbs heavier, you shouldn’t really have a problem with knowing how to get back there.
