Bench press frustration

This is a bench press question, but
I’ll used his thread to ask another question:
is it possible that person cannot progress on a certain exercise just becuase it doesn’t suits him perfectly?
My lifts: chins-6reps with 66 lbs, dips 6reps with 100lbs,seated good mornings- 6 with 176lbs,behind the neck press-3 reps with 200lbs. Body weight-170lbs(5’7) Bench press–> Dave Tate style-2reps at 220. In my book, that’s pathetic. Anyone had similiar experience (i.e., being very weak on one exercise and pretty good on others)?

i can’t bench either. i weigh about 150 i could prolly only do 220 for a couple.
