Could you please post your raw bench and floor press 1 rep maxes?
Bench - No bouncing, bar must have touched chest
Floor Press - again no bouncing (off the floor), pause at the bottom before going into the actual press

raw bench with a pause at chest -520lbs
floor press-never maxed but have done 515 for a double with legs out straight.

Bench PR - 365lbs
Floor Press PR - 315 feet flat.
raw bench(without suit) is 429 and floor never maxed,did 5 with 352.
285 bench, 300 smith floor press
17 yrs old
I can’t give an exact number, but I’d estimate my floor press to be at least 15% lower than my bench press.
My arms are relatively long, this thread makes me think that I should make my floor press a priority and I might see some significant improvements in my bench (I stall halfway up with heavy weight).

Probably done with wrist wraps and elbow sleeves. I doubt you’d push over 300 without all that gear.

255 on bench, no bounce
245x2 on floor press with legs straight. Never done a max single
They’re pretty much the same from what I figure.
405 on bench
365x3 on floor press

Floor Press: 145kg, 319lbs
The floor press was waaaaay easier than the bench for me, too.

are you doing the floor press with legs out straight, no arch and pausing the weight with the upper arms on the floor?
