Just oil the ends of the barbell and dont lock the weights. So if u get stuck you can lean the barbell and weights will slide out. And if it doesnt just push barbell to your side while u go to opposite direction. Best tactic

I do something similar, but instead I grease my entire body from head to foot when I bench so if I ever get in to difficulty I can just slide out.
It seems to work as well because in 20 years of lifting at home I’ve never once been pinned while benching…it might also have something to do with using dumbbells though. IDK.
That bench was a fail before he even picked it up. That’s one of the worst rigs I have ever seen. And that’s why you never lock your weights on a bench, especially with no spot.
