Yesterday swimming that was interrupted because of thunderstorm, then abs training.
Today I was supposed to have surgery, however it was postpones as doctors had few emergencies and there was no time for the rest of us. As I didn’t eat as preparation for surgery I did not have energy to go to gym and overate at home.
I have surgery planned for next week so in month august I will not be able to lift weights, however I will be able to participate in other sports. Main goal for august is nutrition (tracking calories, eating mostly clean). In September I hope to start chasing goal 100kg bench press again.
Today-“mirror” workout:
swimmer’s abs from youtube-quit hard, I will do it again
15 mins arms from gymshark app:
3 rounds of 1 sets each
Hammer curl
Overhead tricep extensions
Bicep 1 and 1/2 curl
Tricep kickback
First two sets w 10kg, last with 8kg. I did not count reps as exercises were measured with time.
Cardio
10 minute rowing
10 minute ski erg machine (with pauses)
10 min easy “hike” on treadmill
I am still recovering from surgery, it could go better but it could also be much worse. I still cant’t lift anything heavier than 5kg, but i will be able to in few days. I am very sad about this as there were massive floods in my country (and area) and I cannot help. Due to floods summer swimming season is also over as pool as well with objects and most of town and villages around it was completely flooded so I will do return to training in gym instead of swimming pool.
Now I am resting due to wisdom teeth surgery (and my balls still hurt if I lift too heavy). Pain should be better, however it is not, I still have to take painkillers and when they stop working I even feel pain in new parts of my body (knee and ankle). Hopefully it resolves soon.
My face is still swollen so few more days at home. Hopefully for the weekend or next week I will be able to go to gym, however I will only do cardio and lights weights.

Gluteus machine-pain in knee (will get x-ray next week and soon after MRI-s)
Cardio, pain in knee on incline.
I hope nothing is really wrong with knee, three surgeries and few months of forced rest were more than enough for these year. I hope weights lifted will get back to pre-surgeries level soon.
