Hey Coach Defranco. i got a small problem with my bench. i play high school football and our offseason workouts consist of a full body split on mon/wed/fri. we do 3 sets of bench press, 3 sets of squats, and 2 sets of powercleans. what im really having trouble with is my bench. i have been stuck at 235 for a while now. on mondays ill get it for 7-8 reps then on wed. ill get 5-6 reps and on friday illget at the most 5. after im done with those 3 exercises i stay after to do dips, pull ups, shrugs, military press, and curls. what would you suggest i do for my bench? thanks alot i look forward for upcoming articles.
