Bench Block to Normal Bench Ratio?

Recently I used the Bench block (1.5 inch) and I was able to do 205x8 and another half rep that was slowly going to lockout but spotter grabbed the bar a bit too early. I was wondering if there’s a way to estimate a 1 rm for the normal bench?

Additional info that may help:
:black_small_square:︎current amrap for 185 is 11
:black_small_square:︎current amrap for 135 is 25
:black_small_square:︎slingshot 1 rm from 1 month ago is 265
:black_small_square:︎I got 230x1/205x5 at the end of September

19 yrs old
146 lbs body weight
5’6 height

Years of data comparing the two. If you’ve only got 6 months worth of data there’s no way to compare it for you individually.

You’re good for a 239 bench right now.

ight imma head out😂

I bench press less with a board/block.

Honestly, I think it all depends where you’re strong when using bench blocks.

But when I was doing 205x8ish my max was 260 at the time. This is without a block, and a year or so after I was stuck at 235.
