I've read around and it seems there are some trends with programs not making goals. For example (this is all word of mouth on tnation), 5/3/1 doesn't help too many people with their bench gains.
I'm just curious what is out there, that is focused or entirely for the 3 main lifts. What I mean is, what has worked for people and when one lift plateaus, what programs have helped with that specific lift? One example that comes to mind is Smolov for squats. I just want to see what is out there. Each person varies incredibly, so I'm not requesting a perfect program for the bench/squat/deadlift.
