Ben Pollack’s Programs

Hi guys,

Any reviews on any of Ben Pollack’s programs, like the Unf*ck Your Program?

Ofcourse he is a strong dude, and knows what he’s talking about, so I was wondering if some of you guys followed one of his programs with succes.

I’ve seen this question asked on here and nobody had ran anything to my knowledge. I know that his program runs good on google sheets it’s pretty easy to use. I down loaded it to check it out. Looks pretty standard deadlifting 2x squatting 2x pressing 3x in a 4 day split.
