I’m doing 70% pause deadlifts for 4 reps and I was wondering if I should be using a belt or not? Same goes for pause squats at 70% for 4 reps. Thank you!

Wear a belt if you feel it is necessary. Wearing one or not wearing one will not negatively impact your goals.
