I’ve been working out since I was 15 years old. I’ve never stayed on a consistent diet to achieve my goals. I’m 6’2 and weigh 250. Around 20 % body fat. My goal is to drop to around 10 % percent body fat. What cycle do you all recommend to start with, to help me achieve this goal? I’ve taken Test E by itself and had descent results.

I recommend getting your shit in order first. And stop thinking peds is the answer.
I recommend managing your energy intake/expenditure in a way more suited to your goals.

Not a smart ass answer. Honest truth. As you never stayed with a consistent diet, start there before starting anything else. Or, as stated, get your shit together.
