Beginning a Low-Carb/Cycling Approach Shortly. Any Advice?


Starting out a low carb and/or carb cycling approach in a few weeks.

It’s my first time ever really attempting it in the effort to lean up. I’m about 185ish currently.

Any general advice to somebody or anything you’ve found to be helpful or not work?

There’s a ton of articles on here about CKD. Pick one and run it. My only advice would suggest doing the initial keto phase for as long as possible, I.e 15 days min as it really gears you up for the transition. And don’t abuse the carb up. Easy to say harder to put into practice.
