I struggled for a very long time with an eating disorder. After getting out of the eating disorder i began to gain weight. Over a period of 3 or 4 months i managed to gain around 30 pounds. Going from 115 to 145 and watching the jean sizes go up was very hard for me.
In august i began training with a trainer, at the time i weighed 148 and i weighed in today and i weigh 132! I'm hoping to get the excess weight off and begin competing in figure competitions! So for those of you who feel like there's nothing you can do and you have no more options, there are. It just depends on how bad you want it.
