This is what I did to bulk up. I need some help because I’m coming up on my second cycle.
I gained 15-20 lbs from this one cycle, but Id like to stack something new in, can you help?

AnavarÂ tabs, 25mg/day with omega 3s or Astaxanthin works even better.
anumed ehcg - andÂ cyclingÂ in hGH for the entire cycle.
morning, 12 egg whites and 1 egg yolk (i do this because i don’t eat well in the morning)
snack protein shake with oat meal or peanut butter, 7-15 almonds
lunch, fish fish and more fish! don’t like fish? chicken will do
Protein shake with carbs b4 workout maybe no2
after workout, another shakeÂ
Dinner, vegetables, meat, pasta.
Protein shake b4 bed, or another 12 egg whites and one yolk.Â
Liver support, milk thistle dandelion extract
omega 3s or astaxanthin,
The ehcg will help with myÂ pctÂ but I will need at leastÂ clomidÂ
So there you have it I need some help, technically this is my second cycle, and above I listed what i did my first time. Im 25 6’0 190lbs and about 12% body fat thinking about stacking something else, please help.
