Beginner Workout

Looking at all the programs on the site I can not help but feel they are a little too advanced for someone like me. Can someone point me in the direction or even post a good beginners work out, with a 4-part split, Wed and weekends off. Preferably something that has the big 6 movements, squat, deadlift, chin-up, dip, bench, row.

Any replies would be very much appreciated!!!
