whats considered beginner level squat max???
This question depends on so many factors. What is your age, weight, sports experience level/conditioning level, etc. Everyone will have there own beginner squat max. And, it’s very important to consider the form of your squat first in determining your max.
When I started squatting, I could barely handle my own weight, so had to use a broomstick. It took a lot of hard work before I could handle an empty bar.
