I'm a relative beginner. I read beyond 531 and I have been running the program for 2 cycles now using 5/3/1 with Jokers and First Set Last, with chins, dips, rows and abs as assistance.
I've been reading the forums and it sounds like the current recommendation is to run 5's progression. My question is, what do you do if you cannot hit 5's on the higher % days. Would you finish out the 5 by doing singles or do you just stop as if you were doing a 1+ PR.
