Okay I have been searching this site for a while but I just can't find any programs for a beginner weight lifter.
I'm 15, height 6'0.5, and weight is 143. And I'm a basketball player so I'm pretty much training for that I guess...
do you have a specific performance enhancement issue you want to address with weight training?
or just lifting so you are better at your vertical. i'm sure if you do a search there are several articles written about improving one's vertical.

I do want to get a better vertical. But right now I really want to gain mass then concentrate on vertical after that. Since I'm a beginner I should get a higher vert anyways.
