Just want to make sure I am understanding this correctly. In Beginner Prep School, the percentages for weeks 1-3 are shown. Workout A, w/ squats and bench is done twice in the first week. Do you use week 1’s percentages the first time you do it, and week 2’s percentages the second time you do it? So the 3 weeks would actually be completed in 2 weeks, if 3 workouts are done each week?
