I am now having to workout pre dawn due to my schedule. Currently running the beginner prep from Forever. I am finding it unsafe to run that early in the dark. What are some similar things I can do in the confines of my garage gym? Any suggestion is appreciated!
I’m pretty sure Forever has ideas for conditioning when you can’t get outside at the beginning of the book.
Otherwise, rope? You could also pick up a night running light, they’re not bad these days.
If only there was an entire section in Forever about Active recovery - that would certainly fit the bill.
Fair. But i wasnt sure if the running days in prep were supposed to be active recovery or somewhere between easy and hard conditioning. I will take a look again for a good alternative.
