Yo guys, 26 here been training for 5 years. Have a super physical job that I want to bring more energy to as well as my training. Looking for low dose / sustainable cycle recommendations. Looks like T C 250mg/2x week is a good place to start but would like some input.
what do you mean by sustainable cycle? if you run a cycle for too long, you’ll likely shut down your test production for life, and be committed to a lifetime of needles. If that’s something you’re cool with, then I’d say you’re on the right track. 500/week is a fine steroid cycle dose to get started with.
if a lifetime of needles is not something you’re interested in, I’d limit cycle length to 12 weeks at a time, and come off for 2+ months completely after every cycle to recover HTPA
