Beginner Looking for Guidance

I’ve been on T-Nation for a couple of years trying to learn as much as possible about training and nutrition. My current goal is to put on some muscle. Is TBT, along with a clean bulk to right choice for me, or would another workout be a better choice. I am 34 years old, 5-7, 175lbs and have been training for about 1 1/2 years.

Sure great choice bro really any solid program that wets your whistle and you will do consistantly and with intensity will work. It about putting what ever it is to action

I agree with Phill…just remember, training/lifting is a small part of the process, your diet is whats going to make or break what your trying to do…if your not eating to bulk, and eating clean, its gonna be tough…so lift and eat big, smartly, and your results will come real quick and steady…good luck bro
