Hello! I am a begginer looking for advise or a coach… I am 28yrs old mother of two, very exited and commited to start! I am 5’8 and 160 lbs…I know I have a long and hard journey but Im prepared! What should be my Ideal weight and body fat to compete? Can anyone suggest a good coach? Any diet suggestions? Thanks for your time…Im posting a pic of myself and I will keep you posted on my journey…BTW where to look for competitions around my area?
