Beginner Injury

I injured my Rotator Cup about 1 1/2 year ago, the Doc said RC injuries never completely heal.
I’m very new to bodybuilding and the injury was the result of an amature “coach” in the first place.

What (if any) exercises should I avoid, focus on?
Any feedback would be appreciated.

Check Out EC’s shoulder Savers Series it will help a lot, Load up on fish oils prob some glucosamine and chondrotin and dont do things that cause pain


Just a correction, its the Rotator CUFF, not cup, common mistake.
