Beginner Ebook

I’m looking for an ebook on strength and performance that would be applicable for a beginner. I’m not looking for any advanced methods, just some straight forward info on periodization, program design, etc.
Any suggestions?

By far the best training i’ve discovered can be found at ‘Fitness4x4.com’ Theres an e-book called ‘Fitness4x4: The Way of Dragan’. Its really simple training but is exellent as a base for further training. It helped me improve my strength and strength endurance phenomenely
