I am a beginner to bodybuilding and I am looking for a good training program to get started with. I have been strength training for several years so I'm no stranger to lifting, but I'm making the transition into body building so I wanted some feedback into the best exercises for getting size and shape. I am looking for a 5 or 6 day routine but anything is appreciated. Thnks a lot I look forward to feedback.
