Begginer - Need Help, on well, everything.

Hi,

I am currently well overweight and will be changing this soon. My problem is I am trying to learn the best way to lose fat and gain some muscle, but this site has too much info!

I am looking for advice on articles / training plans that have been proven good for mainly fat loss, and some good articles on nutrition. I also would like some suggestions of supplements, or if I need any.

I’ll just be the first to say something: Post your stats (height, weight, strength, goals, current workout plan if you have one, etc.)

If you give this info, people will be more able to help you.

first thing I assume your goal is fat loss

even if its not the key componant is diet.
im not talking starving yourself I am talking a long term change in eating habits
after that we can work on everything else.

make one up specific.
for instance I have no idea how much you weight
but lets say you want to loose 50 pounds,say that put that down on paper.
next pick a time frame,deadline a hard date that you can not break
like say I want to loose 50 pounds by july 2009 just examples here

you choose a gaol write it down and then search all over here to see how to reach that goal

you need a destination,a road to travel on and a map.

what if he wants to tight fifty pounds?
