This is me from summer of 2005, the second is the current me. Besides rating my physique, please offer advice to improve in the areas that I am lacking.

Work on your legs and back. Oh wait… can’t comment on them because they aren’t there.

Good job though on the fat loss.

haha ya, I try to work them as much as I can, I realize how important leg/back workouts are, like squats, dead lifts, rows, front squats, deep squats, leg ext, leg press, leg curls…you get the idea.

very good work on improving your body composition. you lost some bodyfat and gained some muscle…nothing better than that combo :slight_smile: keep it up
