Beetroot When Cutting?

Anyone used beetroot while cutting?if so did it work well or is it a poor choice?

Love the taste of it but not sure if its too sweet

I wouldn’t worry about it. I don’t think anyone has ever seen an overweight person and thought 'hmmmmm, looks like someone’s been hitting the beetroot to hard"

Raw beetroot, cooked at home is fine. Most commercial canned varieties have around 10% sugar added to sweeten up the tart taste. So it just depends on how anal you are with your sugar/carb consumption i guess.
