Beer Lovers?
Carson wrote:
Just wondering if I had any fellow beer lovers on here. I make it a point to limit my consumption to about a beer a month but I sometimes cannot help myself. Now that I mention it I could go for an Arrogant Bastard right about now.
You’ve got to try the Double Bastard. Sublime. And if you’re an IPA fan, get a bottle of the Ruination IPA. (BTW, for the rest of the thread participants, these are all Stone brews, from Carlsbad, CA).

FUCKIN COORS! ! ! >>>>>
There’s no beer pong in the 781, it’s called BEIRUT

Pretty much anything by Weihenstephan - they have the ultimate volume beer in their festbeir. Low carbonation for faster drinking, smooth mouthfeel and awesome flavour.

Big fan of american style ales too.

Yea you cannot really go wrong with any beer from Stone Brewing company.

Beer!. Wouldn’t touch it!

JK. Here’s my brewery

Doesn’t anyone just drink Budweiser anymore?

And one beer a month? Is that what you douche with?
Budweiser is garbage. There are so many other better beers than that.

Seconded. Yeungling costs the same and tastes better, without the next day headaches Bud is famous for.

And if any beer fans happen to pass through Baltimore, be sure to stop in Mahaffey’s Pub for 3 for $4 happy hour. Here’s the beers you get to choose from:

Never had that next day headache everyone always tells me about, but I guess to each his own.

The funny thing is that nobody drinks Coors, it’s always Coors Light. And everybody knows that light beer is for women and infants.
Light beer isn’t even beer. It’s like making love in a canoe. Fucking close to water.

Beer is it’s own food group, and has all the carbs you need to sustain life. I prefer ale, although a good pilsner is refreshing on a hot day.

Truth or dare: I have been known to drink Bud and maybe even light beer, after I am already stinking drunk, and my taste buds are shot to hell.

Most of my cheat meals consist primarily of beer. I don’t even think about the food. If I can have my beer, I’m happy. Of course, cutting my drinking to once a week has made me a total lightweight. Kind of embarassing.

Right when I become convinced of my own sexist ideas, Yo Momma is there to make me look like a fool!

So light beer is for infants only then. Put in their bottle…

I agree, a pilsner or lager IS very good on a hot day. I once spent the day roofing in 100 degrees and my buddy that owned the rood pulled out a cooler of bud at the end of the day. I’ve loved it since.

I’d rather drink Bud than Yeungling lager. I like their Black & Tan though.

It’s Friday, what are people drinking tonight? I’ll probably drink some Southern Tier Porter or Newcastle at happy hour, then it’ll be time for some Schmidt.

Wow, that’s rad. How long did it take to put that guy together?

I stick to local beers.

Fat Tire is my favorite (brewed in Fort Collins, CO)

90 Schilling is good also

I just tried Fat Tire for the first time on a visit to California. It’s pretty tasty. It has a cool-looking bottle too.

Stone, Dogfish Head, Sweetwater, and other small breweries make cheat meals so much more fun.

I drink the first two, but never heard of sweetwater.

Tonight is a Brooklyn Pilsner night!

Beer is pretty much the foundation of my diet.

Having spent a of time in Wisconsin I find that easy to believe!

I actually grew up on the IL/WI border, and drunk driving is socially acceptable there too.

I once got pulled over in Ashland, WI and the cop asked me if I was drinking. My response was “Just a few with dinner,” and he sent me on my way! lol. Fuckin love wis.
If you dont drink and you live in wisconsin. people will treat you like an outkast! true story.
