Beer and Training?

I am a female doing farmer carriers and I have the odd malt beer and I am just wondering if will have an effect on my actual workout routine. I am just not sure. Cause I know many beer has the most nutrients than your typical standard good beer. So I am just wondering is going to have any negative impact on my muscle growth. I know females have less testostrones than males but would still have any major effect of weight lifting? I just want to be too worried.

No. No it wouldn’t. There are users on here who have their weekend beers on the regular and look great. You will be fine.

Obviously it’s gonna depend on how well your body deals with alcohol and partitions things such as carbs. Considering you don’t have a beer on a somewhat casual/regular frequency, again, there’s nothing to worry about.
