i always like to change things in my diet when im ON because i feel like i can see the effects larger and faster. so i’ve been moving around my calories during the day and dropping some fats and upping the carbs.
basically i have some fruit in the morning then no carbs till about 1hour before workout.
before workout i might slam about 100 carbs, post workout shake is about 70. then post meal is about another 100.
coming in fuller and seem to be leaning out and workouts are awesome.
i’ll keep doing this and see how far it goes.
