I have always heard that casein protein is the best thing before bed due to its slow processing. I have been eating cottage cheese as suggested to me before, but recently I have been mixing low-fat yogurt with a small scoop of whey to add a little more (chocolate whey/26g prtn). I personally think it tastes good enough to eat everyday, and im guessing it works quite well. Any comments or suggestions for diff bedtime snacks?
i always just use casein protein w/ a tablespoon of natty pb...to get some good fats in before bed and slow digestion even more
