Gotta a quick question about timing. ZMA says on an empty stomach 30-60 min prior to sleep, however when should one take their bedtime protein shake to halt catabolism but still garner the effects of ZMA?
You can either take it an hour before your last meal or 30 minutes after your last meal. I usually eat my last meal and then 30-40 minutes later take my ZMA.
