Didnt feel 100% today. Body was aching but still wanted to get some work in. Was able to work up to 435lbs for a triple so I’ll take that.

Felt a little lethargic going into yesterday’s training session but once I got the weight on my back I started feeling good. Able to hit a PR today. 370lbs x 1
