Weird day—did this early but just getting to logging now. Squats felt really heavy off the rack, but they all moved just fine. Beyond that, just low on energy. But it’s Friday, and that’s almost always true.
Easy conditioning and daily work tomorrow, and that’ll be it for the deload!
