Semi-fasted: black coffee upon waking, then Indigo-3G and Surge as above.

I fired up the ol’ diesel this morning, folks, and once it was running there was just no stopping it: 160x5 for a solid rep PR and then 50 supplemental reps in 4 sets!

CRUSHED IT.

The top set was Hard As, and I had to fight for the last 2-3 reps—the very last rep was a real grinder—but they were solid, I didn’t cheat, and it felt SO good to rack that bar.

Previous best was 160x2 in April 2022, a I’ve had a few 160x1 and 160x0 sets since then, so that top set was a big, big jump. To top it all off, I was able to get today’s Malcom-X supplemental reps in 4 sets, too—that’s not terribly special, but they were solid (even if hard) sets, and it felt good to close 'em out in 4.

Rest of it was fine, nothing to note beyond the curls being exceptionally hard. I was probably just running out of steam during the assistance rounds… Felt like the Surge went down fast today. Clock says otherwise, but I think I consumed most of it within the first 20-30 minutes of the workout!
