Beating Personal Record

question for you guys:
if i am looking to put on a new personal best in certain exercise like clean and jerk or power snatch(personal best 185 lb on both)…how much weight should i be looking to put on the bar?

like 5, 10, or 20 lb? not sure about this…

also same question applies for other lifts like bench, squat, and deadlifts…

I would say 5 for the OL’s

Whatever the hell you can get.
