I have just began the third week of the program. I have a very straight forward question: should I continue with the same maxes for the second month of the program, or should I test maxes again after deloading? My max front squats tested very low and had to increase the load; should I let the other lifts remain consistent?
Also, does it matter if I alter the exercise selection for month 2?
-I'm preforming incline bench and front squats twice a week, and alternating BB rows with weighted pull ups.

Im 90% sure that you are wrong, for your fourth week you should just add 5lbs to all your lifts, you only retest your MTW after 6 weeks and then restart your HP MASS workouts. Feel free to correct me if im wrong
Except he's talking about a completely different program - Beast Building, not HP Mass......
