Not sure if anyone would notice if I put this in the original thread for the article so I’ll just ask here. In the second phase of the program, the neuromuscular emphasis workouts call for a functional isometric requiring two sets of pins in the power rack. My question is, if I don’t have two sets of pins, is there anything else I can do(other than buying another set of pins), or any variation I can make to the program? Thanks for any help.
What I did was I used the movable racking part of the power rack as a second set of pins. I’m referring to the 4-6inch adjustable racking device
