i separated my shoulder before a football game once doing bear crawls in the warmup.
D-Line coaches thought those things were some kind of religion. I remember in HS if we jumped off sides, we had to do a bear crawl from one sideline to the other and back, I hated those things.
I’m 30 yrs old and started doing these about 2 months ago (we did them in football but for 10 - 20 yrds at a time)
Been having fun with them, been great for my relative strength.
