Starting tomorrow hopefully I’m gonna start writing down and posting my workouts…
Just to let ya’l know I have the dedication of a dead cat and probably wont post every workout but I’m going to try!


OK I had exams this week so I only got one short squat workout in:

Worked up to 3 heavy triples to get my groove back (haven’t squatted in a while)
then 4x10 @ around 70%

A bit pathetic I know but exams are taking priority for the moment! I’ll be back in a couple of days!!
