I’m getting alot better because of my great coaching.

I want to lift pretty bad. But both shoulders are messed up.

The left one felt fine this morning. The right one is still cracking and popping.

And honestly Uber if you like doing what your doing it doesn’t realy matter. I love wrestling/legally beating people up on college campuses. lol.

I got my whole life to keep on lifting, wrestling will end when college does you know?

first session in a while, decided to hit a little of everything. I was anxious and scarred becasue of my shoulders, but NEITHER ONE gave me ANY problems.

2 hours of VERY intense wrestling practice. It was about 90 degrees in that room. Lost 5 1/2 pounds of sweet. Was still very sore. No lifting. Hopefully tommorow.

so my eating has been so out of control. Im on a muscle gain phase but every day seems to be worse then the last as far as just eating WAY to dam much junk. My metabolism is slow as it is. I haven’t gained alot of weight but I have gained a bit of muscle.

that was an epic workout. I don’t have matching dumbbells over 65 pounds yet. My local gym closed down a few weeks ago. So my equipment is a little more limited. on the bright side I get to control all the music and go shirtless and scream all I DAM WELL PLEASE!!!

anyway finding a consistent workout partner is kinda hard with me and my best friend commuting to 2 different colleges. I mean over break we’ll be fine but after I don’t know.

Well if anybody has anything to say go ahead I sure would appreciate it.
