Coming to the end of an anchor cycle of 1000% awesome, and planning my next few months.
I want to try the beach body challenge, but I am struggling to program it. I’m assuming this should be done as an anchor, if so, what would be an appropriate leader? I’m a fan of Full Body 9 from Forever, which has similar features, so would this be an appropriate leader, or would something like Young Jim Wendler fit better?
Any advice is much appreciated!
