Well i have been Blessed/Cursed with a super high metabolism sooooo i have to eat to the point where i feel like ima puke lol.
9:30 Wake up And eat a huge bowl of either Oatmeal with splenda or cerial with a protein shake.
10:30 a lil bit of turkey or protein shake
1:20 I eat a huge lunch cause i have a meal plan at my cafeteria.
-10 egg whites 2 yellows
-Big turkey sandwich with a ton of turky
-Large bowl of pasta with red sauce and parmision cheese. With this i eat 2 hamburger patties mixed in with it. and a banana
i lift at 3
430: Surge recovery drink with some Biotest creatine and a scoop of protien
630 dinner time!
usually very similar to lunch

maybe a hamburger pattie
(sometimes this varries with other meats chicken/ham/yat yata yaa)
And some form of a green veggy
10 ill have some yogurt or cottage cheese
12: I make a shake using
1/4 a jar of natural peanut butter, 1 percent milk, oatmeal, and 40 grams of protein powder. And i drink this as im going in bed. i figure this shake is around 1000ish calories
