hey all T-Men and Women… i’m 18 and 6’2 245 just finnishing my senior year in high school and have been lifing for bout year and a half… in september my goal is to join the army… only thing is i trained like a football player so so long… i need more stamina in my muscles to last thru the long training… anywho my question to all is if anyone has any tips or programs that could help me get ready for this challenge in the force

Pullups, pushups, situps, cardio interval training, and lots of up-downs. And that’s about it.

Cardio is of the most importance. Work a minute on, a minute off, for 45 minutes 4 times a week.

Up-downs are a largely cardiovascular exercise. Start standing. Squat down and touch the ground. Shoot your legs out into a pushup position. Bring them back, and then stand up. Quite the popular drill.
