BDW2 - Carries as a Main Movement?

Is it ok to replace one of the four exercises to a weighted carry? (As opposed to an add on oncr or twice per week)

Im really digging heavy carries at the moment and would like to one every workout

Sureā€¦ you can even use a rest/pause format. Heaviest weight you can carry for 30m / rest 15 sec. get 10-20 more meters
