all right youve convinced me to buy some bcaa's. now that i have them i have a couple of questions.

  1. when should i take them? when i work out? in the morning? both?

  2. i have some whey protein powder that im going to take with it.the protein powder has 18g in it and the bcaa's has 5g in it. how much protein should i consume in a day?

I weigh 190lbs, 5'8" just started working out and trying to gain size. i work out every day for about an hour a day. legs and back one day and arms and chest the next.
