I read that BCAA’s (like in Surge ) can prevent endurance related testosterone decline . So if I was to do A.M. cardio what might be enough to preserve lean mass and prevent “T” decline but still not provide enough energy to interfere with fat burning in a fasting state .Saw the BCAA research on a site Lifeandsport but was wondering if anyone had any real world experience ?
Try glutamine in club soda with your pre cardio BCAA’s . Came across a Pubmed article that noted significant increased blood glutamine and % 400 increase in growth hormone if buffered in club soda . Might want to leave out the scotch though .
